On May 13,2023, The Wall Street Journal published several articles citing 27 different words beginning with the letter “A” that are connected to Generative AI.
Here’s my list of the11 most critical “A” words:
- Accuracy
- Appropriateness
- Analyses
- Accessibility
- Availability
- Assessment
- Alternatives
- Aids
- Addons
- Answers
- and the most important “A” word … Accountability
Generative AI must make sure that outputs are always connected to humans. At the very least, that would mean that real humans are responsible and accountable for what AI machines do.
The bottom line: Power augmented intelligence needs to be fully accountable intelligence.
